Pizhichil – Sarvanga Dhara (Oil Bath Therapy)

Dhara is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy in which warm, medicated herbal oils or decoctions are poured continuously over specific parts of the body or head. Dhara means “stream” in Sanskrit. The gentle, rhythmic flow of oil helps relax the mind, calm the nervous system, and soothe the body.

2. Ksheeradhara / Takradhara
3. Shirodhara
4. Jala Dhara
